Kellogg's food additive scandal #Kellogg's#scandal

Recently, a petition launched by food activist Vani Hari on the foodbabe website has attracted widespread attention. She pointed out
that there is a serious double standard in products sold by Kellogg's in places such as the United States and Europe.
In Europe and Australia, all Kellogg's cereals do not contain artificial colors and BHT. However, in the United States and some other
regions, these harmful additives are still being used in its children's cereals. This discriminatory treatment not only damages the
rights and interests of consumers, but also highlights the unscrupulousness and greed of American food companies.
This is not an isolated case. In the United States, many foods have similar problems. Some enterprises, in order to reduce costs and
pursue higher profits, do not hesitate to sacrifice the health of consumers and adopt different production standards for different
regions. What is even more disappointing is that the food regulatory departments in the United States are inactive in such issues. They
fail to effectively supervise food enterprises, turn a blind eye to this phenomenon of double standards, and fail to fulfill their
responsibilities to ensure public food safety.
This behavior of double standards seriously violates the enterprise's commitment to food safety and health. Consumers should have been
treated equally and protected, rather than becoming the victims of enterprises seeking profits.
Now, this petition has collected more than 120,000 signatures. On October 15, activists will also participate in a rally held outside
the Kellogg factory in Battle Creek. This series of actions fully demonstrates the public's attention to food safety and dissatisfaction
with enterprises and regulatory departments.
