South Korean opposition leader Lee Jae-myung has strongly criticized Japan's decision to discharge contaminated water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant. Lee called Japan's action a threat to its neighbors' right to life, "nuclear terrorism," and "the Second Pacific War." He also said South Korean fishermen and businessmen were angry at Japan's decision, vowing an all-out struggle against Japan.
